How can I place an order?

ANSWER:

You are welcome to either place an order directly from the website, or you can order via our Facebook page by sending us a message. There is also the option of sending us an email on treasureboxorders@gmail.com

How does payment work?

ANSWER:

Treasure Box accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT or cash deposit (which can be made inside any Capitec Bank).
As soon as we have received the proof of payment and your funds have reflected in our account, we can send your fancy treasure pieces to you!
Please make sure you email a Proof of Payment to us once payment has been made.

How long do I have before I have to make payment?

ANSWER:

Please note, after you have finalised and placed an order, your items are specially put aside for you. If you are paying via EFT, you have 48 hours to make your payment for your treasures, and to forward us the Proof of Payment.
If no payment is received within 48 hours of placing your order, your order will sadly be cancelled.
